  • 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can apple pie filling 1 ½ cups
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Caramel sundae topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into a 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Top with apple pie filling.
