Prep: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
Melt: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Mix: Place the cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the top and stir gently until every piece of cereal is coated.
Shape: Scoop roughly 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon (or greased fingers) to press an indentation into the center, forming a "nest" shape.
Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, place 2–3 mini chocolate eggs into the center of each nest.
Set: Let the nests sit at room temperature for 1 hour, or pop them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up quickly.
