Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil to prevent sticking.
Drain Cottage Cheese: Drain the excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. This helps the chips crisp up.
Form the Chips: Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, drop small mounds of seasoned cottage cheese onto the baking sheet. Flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to create thin, round chips. Leave space between each mound.
Bake the Chips: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them during the last few minutes to avoid burning.
Cool and Serve: Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool. Serve with your favorite dip or enjoy them on their own.
