Infuse: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the interior of each bun generously with this mixture.
Stuff: Place one hot dog into each prepared bun. Optional: This is the perfect time to add a swipe of Dijon mustard or caramelized onions at the bottom.
Cheese: Pile the cheese blend over the top. Allow some cheese to fall between the buns—these bits will become the "crispy" edges.
